Qigong (Chi Kung) is a simple, yet dynamic combination of physical movements, breathing techniques and mindfulness or visualizations which help harmonize body, mind and spirit. When practiced consistently, qigong can increase energy and resistance to disease, increase mental capacity, relax and balance the emotions, as well as help in any healing process.
Available Instruction
Charles teaches Qigong and the T’ai Chi Fundamentals through Ancient Healing Arts Yoga Studio in Lebanon, NH. Some of the forms taught are:
- Seated Healing Qigong,
- Standing Kuan Yin Qigong (10 graceful repetitive, and static postures in sequence),
- Primordial Qigong (very powerful use of visualization, breath and movement),
- Marrow Cleansing Technique for self healing, and
- T’ai Chi Fundamentals.

About Charles
Charles Meyers has been practicing T’ai Chi and Qigong since 1974. He is a Level 3 certified instructor for Tai Chi Fundamentals. Charles’ main T’ai Chi teacher is Tricia Yu, with whom he started in 1975. He has also studied with Kumar Frantkis and Donald Coleman. His Qigong teachers include Xu Yimin, Li Jun Feng, Zhang Yuanming, and Ken Cohen.

Tai Chi Fundamentals
A shortened form of the Yang style of Tai Chi, easily learned in twelve weeks. Designed to be done by all ages and physical capacities.Twelve weeks for $120. Those wishing to attend the full 12 weeks, please pre-register. Videos are available. Taught by Charles Meyers, a certified Tai Chi Fundamentals teacher.
